How long should a session be?

2 hours is typical. There is no maximum exposure. We have multi-session packages available. See them
here. In time we will be providing overnight experiences for you and your four-legged family members.

How frequently should an individual use the EESystem?

Every person is different. Results will vary greatly depending on the individual and what other holistic approaches they are pursuing. Effects will be cumulative.

Does frequency of use depend on issues? If so, how do we know what to recommend?

There is no targeting mechanism or frequency selection for any specific ailment. The technology is designed to provide a field that boosts optimal homeostasis and recharges the entire body on a cellular level for higher function.

Is it best to meditate or sleep during a session and how is the light beneficial?

People can do whatever they feel is best. Relaxation is the first step to healing. Sleep is the oldest healing technology known to man; meditation is also a great tool. The light in the system is a carrier for mechanisms of our technology, you don’t need to look at it but it’s a similar effect of wireless transmission of energy akin to photosynthesis. Eye masks can be bought with you to wear to help you sleep or can be purchases at the centre.

Are there any negative effects of the eeSystem?

Like any holistic approach to your health, you may experience some detox symptoms. As mentioned below, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water after your session and also have a salt bath to draw out any toxins stirred up in your session. If you are experiencing anything of concern, please speak to one of our staff.

What can I expect when I attend my eeSystem session

At all times, you will be treated with love and care as you enter your own new era of well-being.

Prior to your first session and periodically through your attendance, you will complete registration paperwork and follow-up questionnaires so we can track your progress and experience.

You will be asked to place your belongings in the baskets next to your chair for the duration of your session to avoid unnecessary disturbances to other patrons. You may take in a drink if required. We ask that you switch your mobiles off or to Flight Mode while in the eeSystem room to avoid disturbances. Please place them on silent before placing in your basket.

You will be shown into the eeSystem room where you will find many comfortable chairs to choose from with a pillow and blanket for your comfort.

Sessions will start at the allocated time. The doors will be closed once the session time starts and no-one will be permitted to enter after this time to ensure that the patrons in the room do not have their session disturbed by a late attendee. Non-attendance, without reasonable excuse, will not receive a refund.

Expect your session to be one of blissful relaxation. Time out just for you! Sleep and enjoy!

How should I prepare for my eeSystem session?

Do not eat a large meal before your session.

Drink at least 2 litres of water in the 24 hours leading up to your session.

Prepare to be at the centre 15 minutes prior to your session to complete any required paperwork or follow-up questionnaires and to get settled in in time to start the session. Late attendance could see you miss your session.

What should I bring for my eeSystem session?

Clean socks/slippers - the EESystem room is shoe and barefoot-free for sanitary purposes. (socks available for $3 each)

Bring bottled or filtered water if you don't like tap water.

Eye mask if you need complete darkness to relax / sleep. (eye masks available for $5.00)

If you like, bring crystals / water for charging while you are in the session.

What should I do after my session?

Drink at least 2 litres of water or more in the 24 hours post your session.

Have a detox salt bath after each session to aid in detoxification. Ask our staff about our Energised Bath Salt packs.

Be gentle with yourself. As with any holistic approach to your health, you may experience some detoxification while your cells repair and rejuvenate. Please speak to staff with any concerns or questions you may have.
